I like the fast 2 slice of pie with drink. Good pizza, good price.

Please spend some time teaching your staff how to speak to customers who are missing items from a large order. I spoke to Anne and she lacks training in this area. I spoke to gentleman as well after Anne couldn’t help me and he could use some training in customer service as well. I spend too much money at this establishment every week to receive such poor service. Please address my concerns.

Pizza awesome! Wings don't come with enough sause.

Personally, I thought it was cute. Something small, like a great place to hangout with friends. It feels very homey and comfortable. It's styled less modern, which makes it better. The pizza was good. If you don't like excessive amounts of grease on your pepperoni pizza, which is a given because it's pep, but I wouldn't recommend getting it. Or if you do, dab it with a napkin to take off some of the grease. Other than that, it was good. It slightly more full, not by much, after school.

Called and they hung up on me ? I order every week idk why they have such an attitude everytime ...

Ordered there big slices of pizza ,I haven't tried anything else ,but I wouldn't mind coming back one day. I don't live close but it was nice for someone I know to suggest to go here because they used to go here.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work in the area. I must say the customer service is always awesome and they keep the spot neat consistently. Prices are convenient and they serve sizeable portions.

I love the thin crust pizza here. I am ok with the thick crust Chicago style pizza, but I don't really love it. The thin crust here is right up my alley.

One of the best pizzas around, along with some of the best wings! They have slices all day every day and they deliver and are open late! I know the number by memory lol

Spent $87 there tonight and the employee would not give me an itemized receipt. She pointed out there was one on the box. True, but it’s faded from heat and it’s all greasy, and I have to turn in this receipt to my employer. She gave me an attitude and then told me she couldn’t print a new one because “the computer is here” (by the front door). Did not offer to print one from a different computer. I don’t think a RECEIPT is a lot to ask for as a paying customer. Train your staff better.

Rude staff & there menu needs to be updated. I try to support my local business.

The meals and service were above our expectations. I really liked the ambience of this spot. Great spot to take my family out for lunch.

I miss living in Cicero just because of Paisans! Best pizza. Hands down. And my husband loves the dragon sauce wings!

Chicago's best pizza . Great service.

The pizza is great! Ready in about 40 min. The customer service was a little rude over the phone and in person. Otherwise a clean establishment. The pizza is great there. It's the only sausage pizza I'll eat! They do have indoor and outdoor seating. The credit/debit card holder has to be present to use it.

Had a excellent experience in here with my friend. The food comes out quickly and the customer service is just fantastic. Prices are fair.

Really bad service. Ordered garlic bread with cheese and it was the worst garlic bread I had by far.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. ABSOLUTE Terrible customer service! The front desk will not assist with an incorrect order. I am a loyal customer, and recommend this location, but after today Its a NO! My delivery order was wrong, and the manager was combative/ mis understanding.

Ordered from here and they are not adhering to the CDC recommendations and when I questioned the owner he told me not to tell him how to run his business! Don’t order from here unless you’re willing to risk the safety of yourself & family. They lost my family’s business forever and I’m contacting the other locations along with the Health Department. I also asked other employees questions regarding precautions taken and they were not aware of any of the CDC recommendations.

Pizza wings pasta. Pizza is always good. It was the first time I had the hot wings and bow tie pasta I was impressed.

Pizza is good. Everything else is mediocre. I wish they did not change their menu. They no longer sell their taco dinner on the menu

Delicious food and nice girls. If you haven’t eaten from Paisans you’re missing out. Also visit the Berwyn location if you want to dine in (after Covid, I don’t recommend dining in anywhere till this is over)I recommend the Meatballs. 😋

Love the pizza. Went here on a Sunday afternoon with family. We took 2 tables put them together. We loved the wings as well. Service was good.

one of the best food places in cicero/berwyn area, PERIOD. love their big slices, wings (chef's kiss), fries. pricey but worth it. yeah theres attitude while trying to order via phone call but isnt that part of the experience? cracks me up everytime! food still comes out tasting fkn great.

I am well aware that when you order late in the evening you might get some kind of leftovers from the day...but my entire meal was cold ,fries seemed like they weren't even fully cooked and cold to top it off. Horrible meal..which is shocking cause Paisans is a great place.

I ordered a pizza and couldn't find my coupon. The pizza was $33.18 I had $33.00 the delivery driver wouldn't let me go for 18cent. I have spent a lot of money for years at this place. 18 cents Wow!

Had the dipped Philly cheese steak, was way too soggy. Which was almost to be expected. But my brother had the dry version of mine, and his was the same way. Very difficult to eat and wasn't very tasty either. The pizza on the other hand, was well made. The crust was very tasty and so was the foundation of the pizza. The ingredients were fresh. Although the pizza did need a little more seasoning. Lastly, the employee that took our order was a bit bitter. As if she didn't want to be there, wasn't very friendly.

I go to the cheese pizza Special last week and I got a 2 Leader with it I ordered it this week and I didn't get one Sorely disappointed.. Think I might go back to Al's. Only reason I came here is cause I figured I would get the to leader with it....

I been going here since i was a kid. This place has gone through so many changes. But there pizza is still great. I even got to know the staff which are wonderful and great to chat with. I love there pizza slices here pizza slice special 2 slices and a free drink. Are a great deal and very filling. And now they have gone through another transformation but there pizza is still great. But if your wondering why put 4stars because they started stoping slices after 10pm which they have not done before. But an any case come on in and try the pizza! Cheers!

I hate every time I order, I get attitude from the young staff. Like if I’m asking to much for wanting my pizza well done. And I still get the pizza baked regular as if they ignored that I said well done
